Pearl Cicci is a holistic health coach, state optimization nerd,  somatic facilitator, and the creator of the LIT Method—a transformational framework that helps women optimize their mind, body, emotions, and soul. She is also the founder of BioRave, a sober dance movement designed to unlock natural highs, deepen connection, and build conscious community through music, movement, and joy. With a background in dietetics, personal training, dancing, performing, and nervous system regulation, Pearl merges science with soul to help people feel more alive, embodied, and free. Through BioRave and the LIT Method, she’s leading a new era of wellness—one dance floor at a time
