We believe the best marketing doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it happens together.
We started this creative marketing agency with one big mission: to make branding and marketing feel fun, collaborative, and like a true reflection of you. Whether you’re a part-time creative, a brand-new biz owner, or a seasoned entrepreneur ready for a refresh, we’re here to co-create something that feels aligned, intentional, and full of personality.
From strategy to design (and all the little details in between), we handle the heavy lifting—so you can show up and shine.
Hope is the CEO and Founder of Unicorn Marketing, she always makes sure your experience with business thaaaangs always has a touch of magic.
She’s definitely an ambivert as you can find her in the front row of a packed crowd at a concert, and also at home snuggled up with a good book.
Hope is usually either rockin’ the work vibes in her living room office… or off adventuring in the wild mountains of North Shore in Vancouver… or sipping a pint at a craft brewery!
Her favorite color is rainbow because she can never pick just one!
With a Bachelor of Business from Thompson Rivers University and a sharp eye for digital trends, Madison brings strategy, style, and a whole lot of sparkle to the Unicorn Marketing Co. team. She’s a natural when it comes to writing playful, purposeful copy, whipping up eye-catching social graphics, and staying ahead of what’s hot on the ’gram.
Madison’s creativity shines bright (like, seriously bright) when she’s helping brands find their voice and show up with confidence online.
Offline? You’ll catch her kayaking, hiking, exploring new cities, browsing art galleries, sipping fancy cocktails, and hunting for vintage treasures. She’s equal parts marketing brain and old soul—and we’re so lucky she’s ours.
Sylvana is a Vancouver-based designer with 7+ years of experience across print and digital, bringing bold ideas to life with a balance of artistry and intention. With a fine art foundation and formal training from OCAD and George Brown College, her work is where strategy meets soul.
She’s exhibited nationally as a visual artist, earned multiple Canada Council grants, and deepened her craft through international studies in Rotterdam. At Unicorn Marketing Co., Sylvana leads branding discovery sessions, guides visual identity development, and oversees art direction across campaigns—making sure every detail feels aligned, elevated, and uniquely you.
She’s the kind of creative who thinks deeply, designs thoughtfully, and somehow always makes it look effortless.
Kim is a graduate of Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor’s in Business and a sharp eye for all things marketing. She keeps our podcast workflow smooth and every episode sounding polished, bringing precision, organization, and creative flair to the team.
When she’s off the clock, Kim is all about the foodie life—scouting Vancouver’s trendiest restaurants, discovering hidden gem cafés, and indulging in whatever the current food craze is. To balance things out, you’ll find her at Pilates or spin class, keeping the energy high and the vibes strong.
She brings that same mix of curiosity, creativity, and joy into every project she touches.
Marlowe is the Podcast Assistant Intern for Unicorn Marketing Co.'s Magic Hour Podcast, where she highlights the show through visuals and all the little digital details that bring it to life.
A creative soul with a passion for storytelling, she loves using digital design to connect with audiences in meaningful ways. She’s a natural yapper—full of thoughts and energy—so even when she’s not speaking, she’s telling stories through her work.
When she’s not behind the computer, Marlowe is usually dancing her heart out. You can catch her grooving anytime and anywhere, whether it’s on stage, in the studio, or even on the big screen.
Madoka brings a keen eye for colour, balance, and all the tiny-but-mighty details that make a design feel just right. She’s passionate about creating joyful, user-friendly moments—whether she’s crafting seamless interfaces, playful visuals, or adding a subtle touch of motion to bring things to life.
Her design style is intentional, welcoming, and full of heart.
When she’s not dreaming up beautiful digital spaces, you’ll find her flowing through a yoga class, sipping something cute at a new café, hiking through the trees, or paddleboarding under the sun.
